Client Forum 2026 will take place Monday-Wednesday, June 1-3, 2026, at the JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa in Aventura, Florida. Conference attendees who stay at the JW Marriott will receive a discounted room rate.

Hotel Room Rate

The discounted room rate is $299 plus $15 resort fee plus taxes per night. 

Hotel Reservation Instructions

Speaker and MCG Staff hotel reservations: follow the hotel reservation instructions provided by your conference contact.

Hotel reservation deadline: make your hotel reservation by Friday, May 8, 2026. To make reservations after the deadline, please contact clientforum@mcg.com for instructions. 

Hotel payment

A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. If you need to pay the hotel by check, please make your hotel reservation, then reach out to our registration team for check payment instructions. The hotel requires check payments 30 days prior to arrival. The hotel will not accept check payments onsite. Guests will still need to provide a credit card at check-in for incidentals.

Hotel cancellation policy

Reservation edits or cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will be charged one night room and tax.

Travel

The closest airports are the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (12 miles from property) and the Miami International Airport (18 miles from property). Airport transportation options include taxi, paid shuttle (e.g. SuperShuttle), and rideshare (e.g. Uber, Lyft).
