Group Discount

Attendees are encouraged to register early to take advantage of discounted rates. Groups of three or more registrants are eligible for 25% off the registration fees.

• If registering and paying for all registrants at the same time: no discount code is needed, the group discount will automatically apply. Total fees for all registrants in the group will be charged to the first person in the group (designated as the Primary Attendee).

• If registering and paying separately: please enter the discount code DISC25 for each individual registration.

If registrants are using separate forms of payment or paying individually for guest fees or other fees (e.g., with a personal credit card), we recommend you create separate registrations for each individual. This will help ensure proper payment adjustments and/or reimbursement should any group registrants modify or cancel their registration.

Guest Policy and Pricing

A guest is someone who is not attending the conference and would like to join you for meals and evening events. Guest passes for meals and evening events may be purchased per the pricing schedule below. Guests must be 21 or older.

Registration Cancellation Policy

All registration cancellations must be made online by logging into your registration profile or requested via email to clientforum@mcg.com for a full refund when received by 11:59 pm Pacific Time on Friday, April 24, 2026. No refunds will be issued after Friday, April 24, 2026.

Substitutions will be considered. Please see the FAQ page for more details on substitutions.
